The NESC Academy Library contains materials used in the classroom courses such as videos, photographs, documents, and animations. You must be logged into the Web site and be ITAR approved in order to access the Library.

There are two ways to search the Library. You can search based on a specific course, or you can perform an ad-hoc search.

To search by course, click the Search by Course button in the Library section of the NESC Academy Web site. You will be shown a list of all the previous classroom courses. Click the View Course Archive link next to your desired course. A list of available categories will appear. Select the type of item you would like to view from the list provided. Categories will only appear if an item exists of that type for the selected course. Click the View Results link to retrieve your results.

To perform an ad hoc search, click the Advanced Search button in the Library section of the NESC Academy Web site. The advanced search allows you to search based on course, category type, date, and keyword. Selecting All in the course dropdown will search all of the available courses. When selecting a category type, you can use the Shift or Ctrl keys to select multiple categories. The keyword search will search each item's description for the selected word or phrase. Once you have selected your search criteria, click the View Search Results button to retrieve your results.

For each type of search, the Results pages are the same. Each item on the results page will be listed by name with its date and a short description of the item.

• Click the View link to view the selected item.
• Click the Add link to add items to your My Favorites list. Items added to your My Favorites list can be removed by clicking the Remove link.
• The Results per page dropdown can be used to select how many items are displayed on a page. Select the desired amount and click the Refresh button.
• If you performed a keyword search, the selected keyword will be shown in red in each description.
