Your course application can have one of the following codes:

• ITAR Approval Required: this indicates that you have applied for a classroom course and your ITAR information has not been received.
• Acceptance Pending: this status indicates that you have applied for a course and your ITAR information has been received but your acceptance status is pending. Final course acceptance is usually determined a few days after the final registration date.
• Not Accepted: this indicates that you were not accepted into a classroom course. Students on Standby status will be considered Not Accepted after the course start date.
• Accepted: this indicates that you have been accepted to attend a classroom course. All online courses will automatically show this status.
• Accepted (ITAR Approval Required): this status indicates that you have been accepted to attend a classroom course, but your ITAR information has not been received by the NESC Academy.
• Standby: this indicates that you are on standby for a classroom course. You will be contacted by NESC Academy if an opening becomes available.
• Cancelled: this indicates that you were accepted to a classroom course but contacted NESC Academy because you could not attend the course.

Your precourse status can be one of the following codes:

• [blank]: the precourse status will be blank if you are not accepted for a classroom course or if you are on standby.
• Not Complete: this status indicates that you have not passed the precourse quiz.
• Complete: this status indicates that you have passed the precourse quiz. This status is shown as a link. Clicking this link will open a second window from which you can print your precourse certificate.

In addition the precourse link can show the following information:

• ITAR Required: this indicates that your ITAR information has not been received. You will not be able to view the precourse until your ITAR information is received by the NESC Academy.
• Available ##/##/####: this status indicates that your ITAR information has been received but the precourse is not yet available on the Web. The expected date the precourse will be available is shown.
• View Precourse: click this link to view the precourse and take the precourse quiz. For an online course, you must pass the precourse quiz before you will be allowed to view the course materials.

Your course status can be one of the following codes:

• [blank]: the course status will be blank if you have not been accepted for a classroom course or you are on standby.
• Not Complete: this indicates that you have completed the precourse but have not passed the course test.
• Complete: this indicates that you have passed the course test. This status is shown as a link. Clicking this link will open a second window from which you can print your course certificate.

In addition, the course link can show the following information:

• Classroom: this indicates that the course is a classroom course.
• Precourse not complete: this indicates that you have not completed the precourse quiz. This will only appear for an online course.
• Start Course: click this link to view the online course and take the course test. This will only appear for an online course.
