Accounts for the NESC Academy are created through the NESC Academy forum. To create a new account, click the Create User Account button, or from the Forum page, you can also click the Create User Account link. This will take you to the Create New NESC Academy Account page. Complete the registration information in order to create an account. New members will not have access to the NESC Academy Library but may apply for a classroom course. Only after you have met the ITAR requirements will you be able to access the NESC Academy Library or apply for an online course. An e-mail will be sent to you describing the ITAR restrictions and outlining what you need to do to meet the ITAR requirements. You can also view the ITAR requirements by clicking the "I accept the ITAR/EAR agreement (click to view the agreement)" link on the registration page.
